ZaPlani не собирает данные и не держит своих серверов. Аккаунтов нет, разработчику ничего не отправляется.

Что хранится на устройстве

Пункты плана, пространства, ответы анкеты, настройки и ключи API. Ключи лежат в защищённом хранилище и не попадают в файл переноса.

Что уходит в сервисы ИИ

Когда вы разбираете фразу, просите обзор недели или разбивку цели, текст запроса уходит в модель, выбранную в Настройки → Модель, вместе с названиями и датами пунктов плана и ответами анкеты. Если речь распознаёт облачный сервис, туда уходит запись голоса. ZaPlani спрашивает разрешение перед первой отправкой в каждый сервис; отозвать его можно в Настройки → Данные и ИИ.

Сервисы (Groq, GigaChat, Requesty, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI или ваш собственный сервер) обрабатывают данные по своим правилам. С Ollama на своём компьютере и в Демо ничего не уходит в интернет.

В режиме «ZaPlani · бесплатно» фразы идут через сервер ZaPlani в облаке Cloud.ru (Россия) в модель Cloud.ru Foundation Models. Сервер не сохраняет фразы и ответы. Чтобы считать бесплатные фразы, он хранит до конца месяца число запросов по зашифрованному (хешированному) номеру устройства и адресу сети; номер устройства — случайный и ни с чем не связан.

Когда чату или утреннему брифу нужна погода, название города (без ваших фраз и плана) уходит через сервер ZaPlani в сервис прогнозов Open-Meteo (Швейцария). Сервер помнит прогноз по городу час и считает число таких запросов с устройства за день. Курс валют чат берёт у Центрального банка России через зеркало cbr-xml-daily.ru: туда уходят только коды валют. Сервер считает число запросов курса с устройства за день.

Микрофон и распознавание речи

Микрофон включается только когда вы нажимаете кнопку диктовки. Если распознаёт телефон, речь обрабатывает сам телефон или браузер по правилам Apple, Google или производителя браузера.

Напоминания

Напоминания ставятся на самом телефоне и никуда не отправляются.

Как удалить данные

Очистить пространство можно в Настройки → Сброс. Если удалить приложение, с телефона удалится всё, включая ключи.

ZaPlani Privacy Policy

ZaPlani collects no data and runs no servers of its own. There are no accounts, and nothing is sent to the developer.

What stays on the device

Plan items, spaces, questionnaire answers, settings and API keys. Keys are kept in secure storage and never go into the transfer file.

What goes to AI services

When you parse a phrase, ask for a weekly review or break down a goal, the request goes to the model picked in Settings → Model, with the titles and dates of the plan's items and your questionnaire answers. If a cloud service recognizes speech, it gets the voice recording. ZaPlani asks before the first request to each service; you can take it back in Settings → Data and AI.

The services handle the data under their own terms: Groq, GigaChat, Requesty, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI or your own server. With Ollama on your computer or in Demo nothing goes to the internet.

In the «ZaPlani · free» mode phrases go through the ZaPlani server in the Cloud.ru cloud (Russia) to the Cloud.ru Foundation Models model. The server does not keep phrases or answers. To count the free phrases it keeps, until the end of the month, the number of requests per hashed device number and network address; the device number is random and tied to nothing else.

When the chat or the morning brief needs the weather, the city’s name (without your phrases or plan) goes through the ZaPlani server to the Open-Meteo forecast service (Switzerland). The server remembers a city’s forecast for an hour and counts such requests per device for the day. Exchange rates come from the Central Bank of Russia through the cbr-xml-daily.ru mirror: only currency codes are sent. The server counts rate lookups per device for the day.

Microphone and speech recognition

The microphone is on only after you tap the dictation button. When the phone recognizes speech, the phone or browser handles it under Apple's, Google's or the browser maker's terms.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself and are not sent anywhere.

Deleting your data

Clear a space in Settings → Reset. Deleting the app removes everything from the phone, keys included.
